We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and operational home for our elderly residents. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong practical skills to take on day to day maintenance of the care home.

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Undertake regular audits to ensure safe operations at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Plumbing, electrical, joinery or general handyman skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify problems and recommend
- solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under
- pressure.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-
- solving.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical or plumbing fields are preferred but not essential.
