Healthcare Assistant

The Maltings care home is looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a vital part of our care community, you will support residents with daily living, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and truly cared for. If you have a warm nature, a passion for helping others, and a desire to make a meaningful difference, this role is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence. This includes assisting with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and emotional support, as well as monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff. You’ll also help maintain a clean, homely environment and contribute to a positive, reassuring atmosphere—especially important for residents living with dementia.
