- A proactive approach to promoting a positive and enriching culture that supports independence, dignity, and purpose.
- High levels of self-motivation and professionalism, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a sound understanding of dementia care and the ability to engage residents across residential and nursing settings.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing priorities, resident needs, and operational requirements.
- Proficient usage of IT – including emailing and evidencing all the work you are doing.
Experience/qualification in arts or psychology is essential.

- The opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference to residents’ lives every day.
- Autonomy and creative freedom to shape and manage the activities planner.
