An outstanding induction experience
We’ve completely redesigned our induction programme to give every new member the strongest possible start.
Our induction now includes one week of face-to-face training, covering all mandatory requirements while immersing you in Fortava’s mission, values, and culture. You’ll also spend two days in the service, gaining hands-on experience – including practical moving and handling training – so you feel fully prepared before you begin.
We believe everyone should feel connected from day one, which is why you’ll also have the opportunity to meet the CEO and/or CFO, hear our vision first-hand, and understand how your role contributes to the bigger picture.
